In January school started up again and I started working at the elementary again. That means a very tired me and a messy house. We still found time to have some fun together playing Clue and just hanging out doing our own things. Lance has been working hard on the basement and we were able to get the fireplace installed.
Missy asked us to watch her dog Dash for a few days. He decided Lance was his favorite person but of course some of the other pets wanted to stake a claim too. This weird do loves my favorite blanket and burrows himself into it when I am not looking.
Here he is again but this time with Abby. She has decided that he is ok to lay by as long as he holds still.
One of Hannah's Christmas presents was this play house that she got to put together her self. I helped her and it was a bit harder than I expected. We difficulty finding the right glue to make it all stay together - the glue that came with it did not work. We finally got it all to stick and she has had fun playing with it with her Ever After High dolls.
Here you get a peek at the new fireplace. The kitties were very interested in the airstone that Lance was pulling out of the box to put up around the fireplace.
I had a little burst of scrapbooking fever and got several pages from 2004 done!
Hannah and Asher are both playing Jr Jazz basketball right now. JJ is playing church ball too. It was been fun to see how much they have improved the last year.
Hannah with her team and awesome coach Teresa. Teresa really is amazing with the girls!
Hannah played against her good friend Annabelle. It was a close game and they both played really hard.
Here is some video from Asher's game. Annabelle's little sister Desi is on his team as well as some of his other friends from school.
We had some sick kids this month. Hannah was only sick one day but Asher was sick the better part of the week with what started out as a croupy cough and then sort of deepened and became a really bad cold.
I am the Relief Society weekday meeting coordinator. So this month we made gratitude journals and brought 3 of our favorite things to show and tell about. We also did visiting teaching interviews. We had yummy cookies to eat for treats. It was fun. I wish I had gotten more than 1 photo but oh well.
