March was consumed with preparing for Annie performances. Although Hannah got sick on the day of a performance (ie vomiting) and punctured her foot really bad during a performance . . . she toughed it out and was amazing as Molly.
JJ had a massive amount of lines to memorize. He worked hard and I hounded him hard to get them all down. He did really well but struggled with some of the songs that were not in his range. The most frustrating thing was that the mics were very flaky and he seemed to get the worst ones every performance. He toughed it out too but I think he is a bit soured on having a leading role - it is A LOT of work. The girl who played Annie wasn't the easiest to work with either.

We were all pretty excited to check out the new aquarium when it opened. It was pretty cool but most of the exhibits weren't ready yet so that was a disappointment.
After the play was all done and right before Ashley had her baby, she, Missy and I went and got pedicures.
Missy took on another big project this year - the first annual Lehi Elementary Princess Ball. It was a lot of work but also a huge success. I again reprised my role as resident photo booth person. Hannah looked gorgeous and had a fun time with Lance as her knight in shining armor.
Carter helped DJ the party.
Happy St. Patricks day! Dad went in late to work so that he could make green pancakes for the kids!
I got my hair cut pretty short. It was cute but I quickly wished that it was back to the length I had before.
This dog has such an expressive face. He loves his sunny spot on the rug.
Lance had one of the best seats in the house to watch the Angel Moroni get put into place on the Provo Tabernacle Temple - right out his office building windows.
