This year JJ wanted to be a Star Trek character. That was convenient because Grandma Carolyn had made Uncle Vance a Star Trek costume many years ago and guess what? It fit JJ perfectly aside from being a bit too long. All I had to do was buy a pin online for a few bucks to complete the outfit! Easiest costume ever!
Hannah wanted to be a ninja this year a long with Asher. Asher has been a ninja for about 4 years now. What can I say if I get the costume big enough he can use it over and over.
As a family we participated in the Ward Trunk or Treat. We had fun and the kids loaded up on candy.
This was our trunk. Lance put glow sticks into empty milk jugs and taped them and paper fangs to the trunk door.
I always love the elementary Halloween parade. It is fun to see what the kids dress up as.
Trick or treating at grandma and grandpa's house was fun as always but the best part was going to the Zeller's house after dark. The kids trick or treated around our old ward with the Zeller kids while Scott, Missy, Lance and I sat on the driveway around the fire handing out candy to people who came by. It was awesome! Lance even made a fun Halloween mix for us to listen to.
