We hadn't visited the Living Planet Aquarium since the first day it opened so we decided to give it another try. They didn't have many of the exhibits ready to go the last time but this time the majority of the exhibits were up and running and we loved it so much!
This year Charlie's family was all up visiting Mary and Wes in Washington and Lance's parents were at the hospital because Carolyn elected to have knee surgery over Thanksgiving. So it was just us. It was my birthday so we decided to forgo making a big meal and just go to a movie and then eat at Chuckarama. The movie was Big Hero 6 which was cute and the kids really enjoyed it. Jake joined us at Chuckarama for the more than an hour wait to get into the restaurant. The food was good but it was wall to wall people. I think if I had it to do over I would stay home and cook the meal my self.

Whew! The holidays were crazy and I'm just now catching up on some blogs that have been posted a while ago. Loved your photos at the Aquarium - so impressed with the colors and clarity in dark lighting. You are so gifted. Looks like fun holiday times for you and your darling family!
