At the end of September Lance had a work conference in St. George so we had the opportunity to accompany him. It was really fun to go down there and relax. It wasn't hot at all, surprisingly. The kids and I spent a bit of time at Joel and Ruth's house which was so great. We made some good memories playing with Mouse's siblings and Kevin the bunny. It was super windy so we didn't get to ride bikes like we had hoped to but just spending time with Joel and Ruth was perfect. The kids and I explored around St. George and we all had some pretty tasty food. Joel recommended we try out the Black Bear Cafe and it lived up to his recommendation. The portions were huge and it all tasted yummy.We love going to the Bear Paw for breakfast so we couldn't miss that on this trip. We love the pancakes and waffles as big as your head! I took the kids to Sand Hollow to spend the day playing in the water and sand. It wasn't really warm enough to enjoy the water but the kids had fun digging holes in the sand and finding shells. We have stayed at the hotel before and the kids were ecstatic to try out the indoor and outdoor pools again.
